Accomplishments:

• Please include academic, gymnastics USAG, high school etc., other sports and activities…EVERYTHING
• Please write in paragraph form as if someone else was writing about you. The information will appear in the program as you submit it. The printer will not be checking, editing or correcting any errors (grammer, spelling etc.).

Must be submitted electronically to Jen Corcelli at Jencorcelli@me.com. Please send text in the body of an email to Jen. If you have a word document please cut and paste it into the body of an email.

Senior Photo’s must be submitted in JPEG format.

SENIOR AWARD

**NEW FOR 2012**

Every Senior must email an ACTION shot to kelliscri@yahoo.com. This should be different from the picture above for the program. We are looking for a picture of the gymnast at a meet or even in a pose but in competitive leotard. The photo can be a large file and must be a high resolution @300dpi.
